Saturday Morning With The Mortons
Greetings all,
Well, I got up and 7am on a Saturday, which in some versions of the Bible is a sin...
...but anyways, I drove down to the church and met with Eric Atherton, Matt Luetch, and some others of us. We drove to the Mortons to do some yard work. I've always admired Jim Morton and was very pleased that I could help him and Ellen out. We pulled trimmed roses bushes that had reached the roof, trimmed down their lemon tree, weed whacked the home of many of a spider. I think it's easier to destroy than construct. Well, we had a good time, at least I did. I don't want to speak for the others.

New Site Preview
Greetings all,
I've come to explain the lack of updates. Were looking to unvail a new site in December. And we are moving servers. That is the physical location of our site on the world wide web. Because of that we have to upload everything to the new site. So uploading things twice would be too much work and unnessary work.
The new site will be more streamline and be focused to adress people who are not regulars to our church. The one coold thing that we'll have is the entire year of 2006 of morning sermons online. You'll be able to listen to any morning sermon online in CD quality.
Here's a preview of the look of the new site: http://s182453105.onlinehome.us/

The Grind
I'm working on the new Christmas: Unplugged web site. We own christmasunplugged.com and we're planning some things for the play. Don't know if I should say anything else right now.
I got the Monty Hipp sermon up with his powerpoint. I'm going to have to create a section for guest speakers. So that after their ad is off the front page you can still find it if you want to listen to it.
We are moving servers soon. More space, more space.
I'm digitizing sermon tapes from the past. One of my long term goals is too have a huge sermon audio data base on the site. But most of our sermons are on tape.

Children's Room
I saw the new stage that was put into the childrens room. It looks really great. I'm excited aobut what's going on in that ministry. I'm going to be doing a mural of woods, forest and activites that go on, like biking, cayaking, and snowboarding early next week to finish of the look. Should be fun.
